The aim of Boys Brigade is to teach the boys about leadership principles, Christian values and respect for each other and the environment. The purpose is to provide balanced personal development and leadership training.

A weekly programme usually will contain games, learning of new skills, development friendships, and the promotion of a positive outlook on life. BB often has camps, sleep-overs, outings, visits, and local and state-wide competitions throughout the year.
